  • Site Management – Capacity Expansion & New Lines: Leading CapEx projects, construction, commissioning & ramp-up. Full Site Management responsibility.
  • PSM & Compliance Governance: Seveso III, BImSchG / BetrSichV / GefStoffV, HAZOP / LOPA / ATEX / MoC, Leading/Lagging KPIs & BBS. 100% compliance with zero deviations.
