What I solve
Regulatory hurdles and compliance defects
We restart stalled projects and restore compliance:
BImSchG conformity • BetrSichV conformity • ATEX zoning and explosion protection • Fire protection (VdS/NFPA)
Hazardous material problems and government escalations are among the fastest ways a project gets out of control.
I restore compliance discipline, stabilize operations and eliminate risks that lead to regulatory pressure, downtime or delays.
Commissioning and EPC Safety
We protect high-risk phases in which incidents occur:
• EPC coordination • Foreign company management • Work release systems • Pre-Startup Safety Reviews • Operational readiness • Safety control at standstill
When commissioning is at risk, we stabilize it.
Crisis and Task Force Leadership
I intervene if the operation fails or the situation escalates:
• Accidents • Standstill • Flaws in compliance • ATEX incidents • Fire safety gaps • Operational instability
If your location is in crisis, I take over the control.
Interim ETS management (6–60 months)
I rebuild EHS departments in phases of change, reorganization or rapid growth:
• Governance systems • Digital EHS implementation • Rebuilding the safety culture • Post-merger integration • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams
If your EHS department is unstable, I rebuild it.
How I Work
Rapid analysis (3–7 days)

Stabilization phase (30 days)
• Restoration of control, compliance and operational discipline
Implementation phase (6–23 months)
• Systems, governance and long-term solutions implemented
Delivery
